  By far the WORST salon I’ve ever been to. Wanted a balayage but I was a little nervous since I had never really colored my hair before so I went in for a consult initially. I showed the stylist a picture and told her I wanted to get as close to that look as possible. She said it would be no problem achieving that look. IT WASNT EVEN CLOSE. When I went back to get it fixed and MY WHOLE HEAD WAS BLONDE worst balayage ever. Looked more like the worst ombré you could imagine. So I go back for a third time to just get my natural color back. It wasn’t till now that I was told the look I wanted wasn’t even possible with my hair color. Even this new stylist agreed that the girl ****** up my hair. So $400 later and I’m begging for my natural color back wishing I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THIS PLACE. I use a $50 goldwell shampoo to keep the color in but since my hair was dyed so light I’m paying $80 every 8 weeks so get my hair recolored because it keeps fading. (Rumors thought I was going to go back here an continue to pay them for their mistakes LOL) I go to a new salon since Rumors would not give me any sort of refund for the disgusting job they did. Horrible customer service. I only gave it 1 star because that’s the lowest rating. Really deserves a 0.

  I Have been a client at the salon since 2011. I love the service, ambience, and convenience. I have had 2 stylists so far. While there are many salons in the area that offer similar services for my hair type at lower costs, I am not lured away because I love the overall quality of the services rendered at Rumors. The people are friendly and very professional.
