  UPDATE: I went to visit this same location again about a month later. It was like night and day difference. There were a couple of guys that would bring the car right to where I was standing and the car was pristine. The associate that was there was available at the time when I arrived, so I can’t speak for the others, but I will say that he was excellent.
  
  The wait times for their front office service department are slow. Every person seems to try to pretend you are not there to avoid working. It seems like they wait to see who draws the short straw. They also seem to not work as a team to get customers through. This has been a slow downhill trend since I’ve been a customer in 2008, which is why I notice the difference in the service department. They definitely were 5 stars previously. The work that is done on the car (not the front office) is done well all the time. If their service changes in the future, I definitely will update this post. Hopefully the trough in service will occur soon.
  
  The sales department has high turn over, though the prices are comparable. It makes it hard for when you want to trade up to have a person to discuss upgrading, but it does make it easier to not go and get a new car as often, so clearly my wallet appreciates it.
